Compared to other structures such as wood, using steel has a number of advantages. It is much more resistant to heat and fire compared to wood. You also have the added advantage of not being affected by termites and woodworm like wooden structures do.

CAD Drawings
We can provide a full CAD drawing service for internal steel frameworks as well as staircases, balconies and other bespoke metalwork for office buildings. From as little as a hand-drawn sketch, we can create detailed drawings for your design. If needs be, one of our accredited surveyors will come to measure the project. Then our draughtsman will be directly in contact with the client, to ensure a smooth and effective working relationship moving forwards. If we’re working on a conversion project for a period property which will be turned into offices; we can also work to make sure that the structure is structurally sound and up to standard.

Whatever your project entails, we can work with you to ensure you are provided with well designed, strong and high quality steelwork for your new building. Additionally, if a staircase or internal balcony is required within the building, then we will design this accordingly as well.
Installation Process
Two J’s Metalwork have been a part of the structural steelwork industry for many years. Our trusted team of installers are highly experienced with all types of structural project, including office buildings and other commercial structures.
As part of our installation process, we will also carry out welding and alterations to steelwork where necessary. Our team come fully prepared with welding equipment and are covered by coding’s, weld testing and certifications to suit.

We’re based in East Sussex, which means we regularly carry out work throughout Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, South London, and Hampshire. Whilst we work mainly in these areas, we are also more than happy to complete projects further afield if required.
