Wrap Around Steel Terrace

For this project, we designed and installed the steels for a wrap around steel terrace. The customer wanted space all around the outside of their residential property.

These photos were taken once the steels were in, before the beam and block flooring was installed. First, we painted with a red oxide primer:

The next step was for the steel to be sprayed in 2pk black Epoxy. It looked very smart and will increase the life span dramatically.
